This Christmas, Santa brought me the bread book I have been wanting by Peter Reinhart titled
Artisan Breads Every Day. I made his bagel recipe last week and let me tell you how great they came out! I made the plain bagels twice and then got bold and made cinnamon raisin bagels -- YUM! This Sunday I made whole wheat bagels but they didn't come out as good but I think I used the wrong type of wheat flour so, I will give those another try this weekend.
